Energy Saving Rotary Disc Filter Continuous Operation with Auto Cleaning
Brief Description
Compared with traditional filtration equipment, the rotary disk filter has a higher filter disk utilization rate. Multiple groups of filter disks rotate synchronously, performing filtration and cleaning operations at the same time, with no shutdown waiting time, which greatly increases the processing capacity per unit time and meets the high-flow processing demand.
Product Parameters
Turntable filter machines are primarily used for cooling water treatment and advanced wastewater reuse. For cooling water and circulating water filtration and reuse, the inlet water quality must be below 80 mg/L, and the outlet water quality must be below 20 mg/L. For advanced wastewater treatment, it can be installed after conventional activated sludge processes, delayed aeration processes, SBR systems, oxidation ditches, trickling filters, and oxidation ponds. It can be used for: ① removal of total suspended solids; ② removal of phosphorus when combined with chemical additions; and ③ removal of heavy metals. The filter cloth rotary disc filter is used to filter the effluent from the activated sludge final sedimentation tank. The designed water quality is: inlet SS: 30mg/L (can withstand 80-100mg/L), effluent SSs5mg/L, turbidity ≤2 NTU. The actual operating effluent quality is even better, and the effluent turbidity is generally around 1.
