Center Drive Thickener Scraper with Pickets for Efficient Sludge Concentration
Brief Description
Sludge scraper and suction machines with automatic control systems can adjust operating parameters based on sludge thickness. Equipped with sludge level sensors, they automatically start/stop and adjust scraping speed, reducing manual intervention and improving operation accuracy.
Product Parameters
The peripheral driving is adopted for this equipment. The sewage flows in the tank from the water inlet pipe at the tank center and it flows out to the tank periphery uniformly in radial state after it is dispersed by steady flow cylinder. The sludge insuspended state is scraping at the tank bottom after settling. The drive unit drives the working bridge to rotate along the tank periphery and drives the scrping arm andsludge scraping plate to rotate simultaneously. The sludge is suctioned into the sludge cylinder after it is scraped and collected by suldge scraping plate.Afterwards, the sludge is discharged from the pool through the central sludge discharge pipe of the pool. The scum above the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the pool by a rotating slag skimmer, and then scraped out by the slag removal bucket.
