Brief Description
The scraper blade is a key component of the equipment, usually made of high-wear-resistant rubber or stainless steel. Rubber blades have good flexibility, fitting closely to the tank bottom to avoid sludge residue; stainless steel blades are suitable for harsh environments with corrosive sludge, ensuring long-term stable scraping performance.
Product Parameters
The peripheral driving is adopted for this equipment. The sewage flows in the tank from the water inlet pipe at the tank center and it flows out to the tank periphery uniformly in radial state after it is dispersed by steady flow cylinder. The sludge insuspended state is scraping at the tank bottom after settling. The drive unit drives the working bridge to rotate along the tank periphery and drives the scrping arm andsludge scraping plate to rotate simultaneously. The sludge is suctioned into the sludge cylinder after it is scraped and collected by suldge scraping plate.Afterwards, the sludge is discharged from the pool through the central sludge discharge pipe of the pool. The scum above the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the pool by a rotating slag skimmer, and then scraped out by the slag removal bucket.
