Center Drive Scraper for Radial Flow Sedimentation Tanks Efficient Sludge Collection
Brief Description
Sludge scraper and suction machines are core equipment in sedimentation tanks of water and wastewater treatment plants, mainly used to remove sludge deposited at the tank bottom. They integrate sludge scraping and suction functions, efficiently collecting and transporting sludge to discharge points, ensuring the sedimentation tank maintains stable water treatment efficiency.
Product Parameters
The peripheral driving is adopted for this equipment. The sewage flows in the tank from the water inlet pipe at the tank center and it flows out to the tank periphery uniformly in radial state after it is dispersed by steady flow cylinder. The sludge insuspended state is scraping at the tank bottom after settling. The drive unit drives the working bridge to rotate along the tank periphery and drives the scrping arm andsludge scraping plate to rotate simultaneously. The sludge is suctioned into the sludge cylinder after it is scraped and collected by suldge scraping plate.Afterwards, the sludge is discharged from the pool through the central sludge discharge pipe of the pool. The scum above the water surface is skimmed to the edge of the pool by a rotating slag skimmer, and then scraped out by the slag removal bucket.
